Sarah Harris – Director
Sarah designs, writes and delivers SKL Training’s courses. Formerly a senior manager at a housing charity, Sarah has almost 15 years’ experience teaching and delivering training in numerous settings such as workplaces, prisons, alternative curriculum providers, colleges, special educational needs establishments and mainstream schools.
Sarah qualified with the Level 5 Diploma to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS) in 2011, is an accredited assessor and careers advisor and has, over the years, written hundreds of courses and workshops for a variety of students.

Amanda Harriott – Director
Amanda is your first point of contact when you enquire about any SKL course, working with you to put together a bespoke training package to suit your requirements and making sure you have all the information you need before deciding on your next qualification.
A former manager for a supported living organisation, Amanda has also worked in employability mentoring for young adults, teaching in a special educational needs school and in retail sales.
Amanda is the Internal Quality Assurer for SKL Training. She makes sure that learner files are ready for the External Quality Assurer and that feedback is acted upon for us to constantly develop our programmes, making them as flexible and enjoyable as possible.
Amanda is passionate about supporting people from any background or employment sector to achieve personal and professional goals. As a working mum, she understands the importance of fitting everything in around work, family, friends and other commitments!
Amanda strives to make sure that we get it right every time for every person with whom we work.
