By completing this application form, I have not entered into any agreement with The EMG and am currently liable for no charges. The EMG has not confirmed that my organisation is in a position to set up as a training centre. I understand that no consultancy work with The EMG can begin until I pay the full amount agreed with my consultant. I understand that The EMG does not provide advice on funding or accounts.
